I wonder, do you really run 10-11 hours of meetings? Or that would be if you did not prioritise ruthlessly?
I don't do 10-11h of meetings, because I still need to do creation (doc writing, thnkjng, planning). But if I don't "fight the meetings" and find the time foe creation, they would definitely fill up my day.
